  • TIN CHUT – Arrests bleeding, promotes blood circulation, increases and protects blood platelets and reduces swelling and pain
  • CHEK CHUK – Removes blood coagulation, reduces swelling and pain, Relieves sores and external ulcers, Meridians: liver and spleen
  • SOU MUK – Increases blood circulation and reduces bruises
  • HUNG FA – Increases blood circulation and reduces bruises by dispersing coagulation.  Meridians: heart and liver
  • JAT LAN – Increases blood circulation and reduces bruises
  • JOOK DUEN – Heals bone injuries, counteracts rheumatism, tones and liver and kidneys, strengthens knees, tendons and bones, Meridians: liver and kidney
